Terms of service

01Licence grant
Purchasing a licence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run the licensed software on the number of machines stated in your plan, for your own trading accounts or those of entities you control.
02Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence, publish or otherwise make the software available to third parties, whether modified or not. You may not operate the software as a managed service for clients without a separate written agreement.
03No advisory relationship
Tick Desk Labs is a software vendor. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor or fund manager, and nothing supplied to you constitutes personalised investment advice or a recommendation to trade any instrument.
04Performance disclaimers
All published performance figures, whether backtested or live, are illustrative. Backtested results are hypothetical, benefit from hindsight, and do not reflect the effect of material economic and market factors on decision-making. No representation is made that any account will achieve comparable results.
05Refunds
New licences may be refunded in full within fourteen days of purchase where the software materially fails to behave as documented. Refunds revoke the associated licence key immediately.
06Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from your use of the software is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages of any kind.
07Termination
We may suspend a licence for breach of these terms, including redistribution of the software. Subscriptions may be cancelled by you at any time and remain active through the end of the paid period.
This is a demonstration build. The text below is placeholder copy written to look plausible and is not legal advice or an enforceable agreement. Have a qualified lawyer draft the real thing before taking payment from anyone.
